The Trail and its fantastic resources are now managed by the Mole Valley District Council Parks department with ongoing support from the amazing efforts of volunteers. The Friends of Deepdene continue to work on site and Dorking Museum’s walks team provide guided tours.

Looking forward there are wonderful potential opportunities if funding could be found, such as: reinstating the pediment and columns to rebuild the Temple on the Terrace, recreating the lower lawn, rescuing and restoring the ice house and castellated archway, exploring further into the hidden WWII tunnels and providing further tourist infrastructure to the Trail.
